As a successful and growing organisation the recruitment, development and retention of our employees is a critical component to Net Balance striving towards our vision to be part of every organisation’s sustainability journey.
Our diverse team brings together environmental and social scientists, business consultants, engineers, energy specialists, lawyers, economists, accountants and journalists. We currently have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and London.We are constantly looking to add high calibre talent to our organisation, We have a number of different methods we use to recruit.
- We will look to hire for specific positions according to our business needs at the time. This will occur via the placement of targeted adverts both on this website and through various employment and social media.
- We will create opportunities for individuals who we feel are able to add value to Net Balance. You are welcome to send your CV and a cover letter detailing what you feel you have to offer Net Balance and why you are interested in working with us.
- We recruit into our graduate program every year. We generally look to be having discussions with potential new graduates during the second half of each year with a view to individuals starting with Net Balance each January. There are also at times opportunities for graduates to join Net Balance through the year.
- We run internship programs through the Net Balance Foundation throughout the year. These may be volunteer internships used as work placements for under and post graduate qualifications, volunteer internships for those looking to gain experience in sustainability and summer/vacation internships for current students.
